  • Bishop Morris Smith

    Bishop Morris Smith will be speaking on Sunday Night Morris Smith, serves as the South Carolina Conference Superintendent . Morris Smith holds an Associate’s Degree in Religion from William Carter Bible College, a Bachelor of Science Degree from Holmes Bible College, and a Masters of Ministry Degree from Southwestern Christian University. Rev. Smith has served as Senior Pastor of 21 years for three South Carolina Conference churches, Northside Worship Center (1989-1994), Coward PH Church (1994-1997) and Little Star PH Church (1997-2010). He and his wife Lynn of 34 years have two children, Jessica (Jay) Teal and Brooke (Trey) Poston. They have one granddaughter, Julia Teal , and four grandsons, James Teal ,Jayce Teal , Jack Poston and Bennett Poston .

  • Rev. Mark Williams

    Dr. Mark Williams is speaking Tuesday night, June 25th & Wednesday night, June 26th. Reverend Mark L. Williams serves as Lead Pastor for North Cleveland Church of God. Williams previously served as General Overseer for the Church God, the highest leadership role in the denomination, from 2012-2016. Williams also previously served as second assistant general overseer from 2008-2012. Prior to leading the Church of God on the International Executive Committee, Williams was state overseer for California- Nevada, and was a member of the International Executive Council. Williams began his ministerial career as an evangelist. In 1995 he accepted his first pastorate, leading the South Cleveland Church of God in Cleveland, Tennessee for four years, followed by a five-year tenure at the Riverhills Church in Tampa, Florida. Reverend Williams holds a B.A. from Lee University and an M.Div and a D.Min. from Pentecostal Theological Seminary. He was also awarded an Honorary Doctor of Divinity Degree from Lee University in 2010. He is married to Reverend Sandra Kay Williams, and they have two sons, Austin and Ryan.

  • Pastor Jerry Madden

    Pastor Jerry Madden is speaking on Monday night, June 24th, 2024. He and Jan Madden have served as the Senior Pastor of Praise Cathedral (Greer, SC) since January 1, 2002, having previously served in Associate Pastor roles at Praise Cathedral beginning in 1994. Pastor Madden has served on numerous boards and committees including the Church of God Council of 18, the South Carolina Church of God State Council, and the Lee University Board of Directors. Pastor Madden holds a B.S. degree in Pastoral Studies from Lee University, as well as an A.S. degree in Business/Computer Science from Greenville Technical College. Pastor Madden and Jan have been married to his wife Jan since 1983. They have two sons: Chris ‘Bo”, who along with his wife Jen serve as Youth Pastors at Praise Cathedral, and Justin and his wife Amber who both serve as a Deputies in the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office. The Maddens have four beautiful granddaughters; Natalie, Julia, Riley, and Addison Jean (AJ) who are the ‘apples of their eyes’.
