The 3E Conference ( Equip, Empower,Engage ) is for everyone that is involved in the local church ministry. The Mission of 3E is to come along side of every Pastor to help EQUIP the local church with tools that will EMPOWER the church and help it to ENGAGE in developing and making Disciples for Jesus Christ.
